We are so pleased that you want to take part in the 4Days Marches as part of a civilian group! The 107th 4Days Marches will take place from 15-18 July 2025. The registration fee for the 107th 4Days Marches is €120. All the information about the registration period can be found below. We recommend that you read this carefully before registering.

Please note: it is not yet possible to register.

Register

A group is made up of a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 41 participants. If you want to participate in the 4Days Marches with a civilian group, the group contact will take care of registering you. The group contact must have the names, dates of birth and registration numbers of all group members.

This person must contact the Service Desk to register. Share the name of the group contact, the number of participants, the group name, and the selected distance. The Service Desk will create a civilian group online and explain how to add participants to the group.

Period 1: Monday 24 February (10.00 hrs CET) until Friday 7 March (17.00 hrs CET)
For anyone who wants to take part in the 4Days Marches as part of a civilian group. Even if you have never participated in the 4Days Marches before, you can register as a civilian group during this period.

Period 2: Monday 10 March (10.00 hrs CET)
For everyone who wants to participate in the 4Days Marches in 2025.

Registration will close when the maximum number of participants has been reached (see Article 1, Registration Regulations). If the maximum number of participants has not been reached yet by the end of the first registration period, everyone will have a chance to register during the second period. There will not be a draw anymore.

The group contact will receive a confirmation of the group registration and an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 14 days.

Criteria

Participation as a civilian group is subject to a number of additional conditions. It is important that during the 4Days Marches you clearly show that you belong together! So wear recognizable group clothing and walk together in orderly groups on the same distance on all days. It is up to the group leader to ensure that all conditions are met during the 4Days Marches.

You can read more about the conditions that groups need to meet in order to take part in the 4Days Marches in the Regulations for Civilian Groups.

More info

Once the group has been created, the contact person will receive an invoice in their Dashboard. This invoice must be paid within 14 days.

The registration fee for the 107th 4Days Marches is €120.

The contact person can check the group invoice status in their Dashboard. It will indicate whether the invoice has been paid or if payment is still pending.

On the Distances page, you can check the eligibility table to determine which distance you may register for based on your age.

The minimum distance is referred to as the regulatory distance, and it is not possible to walk less than this. However, you may choose to register for a longer distance, known as the optional distance.

All participants in a civilian group must walk the same distance. For some members, this may mean walking the optional distance instead of their regulatory distance.

If you plan to participate in the 4Days Marches as a civilian group with friends, colleagues, or family, you must first appoint a contact person. This person is responsible for managing the group's registration.

In addition to a contact person, every civilian group must have a group leader. The group leader ensures the group complies with all regulations during the 4Days Marches and is responsible for the group at all times. The contact person and group leader can be the same person.
